Blue Screen, Luz Blanco, 2024. Digital collages on silk pinned to metal plate with magnets. Fragments of memory, installation view.

Blue Screen presents a series of silk prints made from digital collages. Designed as fragments of memories, they are pinned to the wall with simple magnets, and a metal bar, playing on the ultra-thin lightness of the fabric, makes the images float, light and fragile in their own materiality as well as in what they show

.This series is designed as a Möbius strip, an endless loop of amnesiac images, fragmented and conflicting in their opposites, like a deprogrammed memory.Amnesia is a series of dialectical collages in which the living and the digital fabric are assembled into layers of memory. A play of contrasts, of screen images into which traces of reality slip, more atmospheric. The images hack and assemble themselves, playing on their complementarity and their struggle to reconstruct a narrative.

Are memories something we possess or something we have lost?
